Private Party Terms & Conditions

Thank you for booking with Pole Body and Arts! We can't wait to celebrate with you. Please review the details below and contact us with any questions.

Payments & Policies

• Minimum payment is due at booking.
• Extra guests: $35 each (must be paid online in advance). No cash at the door.
• No refunds. One reschedule allowed if requested at least 1 week prior.
• 15% gratuity is required and will be charged to the card on file one week before your party.
• All guests must complete the online profile & waiver before arrival.

What to Wear

• Shorts or leggings with a comfortable top or sports bra.
• Barefoot, socks, or pole heels only (no street heels).
• No lotion the day of your party.
• Remove rings and wrist jewelry.

You'll have a private room with just your group and host — wear what makes you feel confident!

What to Bring

• Light snacks and drinks allowed. Alcohol permitted for guests 21+.
• We provide a 6-ft table, tablecloth, and chairs.
• You must bring your own ice, cups, plates, napkins, etc.
• No smoking, vaping, or hookah inside or outside.

Locations

Timing

• Party starts and ends at your scheduled time (no extensions for late arrivals).
• Setup and cleanup time are included in your booking.
• Doors unlock 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time.

Tipping

Hosts accept cash or QR tips. (15% gratuity is already required and charged in advance.)
